SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF FLEET VEHICLE DECALS

MBLL is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide fleet vehicle decaling services. This includes the design, production, supply, removal, and installation of decals on MBLL vehicles in accordance with MBLL’s brand guidelines and operational requirements.
The closing date for submission is June 6, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
The term of any standing offer resulting from this RFQ shall be for a period of five (5) years plus two (2) additional one-year options at MBLL’s sole discretion.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
