Manitoba Public Service Delivery, Asset Management seeks to select a qualified contractor to provide emergency power generator and transfer switch inspection, tests, maintenance, equipment conditions report and additional as-and-when requested services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the following provincially owned facilities:
District 3
- Brandon Courthouse – 1104 Princess Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba
- Brandon Correctional Centre – 375 Veterans Way, Brandon, Manitoba
- Brandon Provincial Office Building – 340 9th Street, Brandon, Manitoba
- Dauphin Courthouse – 114 River Avenue West, Dauphin, Manitoba
- Dauphin Provincial Office Building – 27 2nd Avenue SW, Dauphin, Manitoba
- Food Development Centre – 810 Phillips Street, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba
- Portage Provincial Office Building – 25 Tupper Street N., Portage la Prairie, Manitoba
- Former Manitoba Developmental Centre – 840 3rd Street NE, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba
Perform semi-annual and annual inspections, tests and verify existing emergency power generator systems, auxiliary controls, devices and related works at pre-selected intervals during each term of the Agreement.
During initial and subsequent semi-annual and annual service, establish current condition of the systems and report detailed information for remedial programs necessary to upgrade and improve emergency power generator systems.
