Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing (HLMS) ("Owner"), Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing agency currently managing nearly 60 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto, Ontario, invites bids for roof replacements.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 219 Broadview Avenue in Toronto, ON. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
Optional site visits will be made available for 229 Manning Avenue, 1480 Queen Street East and 4085 Bathurst Street in Toronto, ON following the 219 Broadview Avenue mandatory site visit.
