Golden Sunshine Municipal Non-Profit Housing Corporation ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 20 units of housing in Powassan, Ontario, invites bids for exterior improvements.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 325 Catherine Street, Powassan, ON P0H 1Z0. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
