The College shall endeavor to exclude confidential or proprietary information from the distributed material. Verbal responses to any inquiry are NOT binding on either party.
Vendors need to submit a proposal that sets out the separate costs for the project delivery and a separate cost for services and support. Prices quoted will be deemed to be:
- In Canadian dollars.
- Inclusive of duty, FOB destination, and delivery charges where applicable; and
- Exclusive of any applicable taxes.
