Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to complete the YEG Groundside Roads, Concrete and Parking Lot Rehabilitation project at Edmonton International Airport (“YEG”). Construction is expected to start upon award, with substantial completion by October 31st, 2025, and final completion by December 15th, 2025.

RSVP: Bidders are requested to RSVP for the site tour before 3:00 pm Mountain Time, Friday, March 28, 2025, to supplychain@flyeia.com, Please include the number of people who will be attending.

Directions: From Departures Level 2, there is an escalator going up to the Mezzanine Level – the escalator is located between the Central Security Check-in and Flight Stop (to the right of the Air Canada check-in counters). Take the escalator up to the Mezzanine, continue walking towards the back windows over the bridge, and the boardroom (Amsterdam) will be to your left. Bidders may park in the Parkade and a free parking pass will be provided to each company attending the tour.

COMPANIES WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE MANDATORY ON SITE PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM SUBMITTING A BID FOR THIS WORK.
