**Note: The lane reduction restrictions have been updated to permit daytime work. One lane must be maintained in each direction at all times outside of weekday peak periods (AM westbound, PM eastbound). The Stage 2 LRT project is a separate undertaking. The successful bidder will not be subject to its procedures and protocols, though coordination to maintain access and ensure safe operations in adjacent areas will be require. Similar to standard coordination with any third-party contractor operating nearby.
