Description

The successful proponent of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) will provide General
Contractor Services for building envelope and roof renewal at “Kingsway Sierra” for Helping
Spirit Lodge Society. For a description of the work, please refer to documents listed in Appendix C - Scope of Work, including Supplementary General Conditions to the CCDC2, Specifications and
Drawings, Hazardous Building Materials Report, and Sample Invitation to Tender document.

Kingsway Sierra, located at 3965 Dumfries Street, Vancouver. BC. is a 36-unit 3 storey
commercial and residential use apartment building. The commercial and residential areas
will be fully occupied throughout the construction phase of the project.
